Royal Engineer Museum

Kent

As part of the 200th anniversary commemorations of the Battle of Waterloo, the Royal Engineers Museum opened a new exhibition room housing one of their star objects, the Waterloo Map.

The museum commissioned us to produce a digital accompaniment to the map which would be the centre piece of the Waterloo Map room. Our role was to design and build hardware and software for the interactive display which included specifying a large table top touch screen and designing an interactive interface. This provided the public a way of bringing the map to life and exploring it in greater detail.
